MALIKI ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY - The Chancellor of UIN Malang emphasized that the key to the success of an organization lies in good communication. This was conveyed at the inauguration of the UIN Malang Student Executive Council (DEMA) which was followed by the activity "Casual Chat with the Chancellor and DEMA UIN Malang" in the rectorate room on the 5th floor, Thursday 2026. public in today's digital era. He invited student organization administrators to use social media wisely to build a positive image of the campus in society.
"The key to the success of an organization lies in communication. Currently, social media is very important for forming public opinion. Therefore, let's work together to build a good opinion about UIN Malang," he said.
The Chancellor also opened a wide space for communication between campus leaders and student organizations. He said that the leadership was ready to discuss at any time to support various student ideas and programs.
"We are open to discussions at any time. We hope that the administrators of DEMA UIN Malang can carry out effective communication with campus leadership," he added.
On the same occasion, Chairman of DEMA UIN Malang Ahmad Ghozali Abbas. said that the new management has a number of work programs that have been designed through management upgrading activities. It is hoped that these programs will be able to make a real contribution to the development of UIN Malang.
He explained that the various work programs prepared were not only innovative, but also had a positive impact on students and the institution.
This activity was also attended by the dean's staff, DEMA and SEMA administrators, as well as old and new administrators. This meeting was a momentum to strengthen relations between campus leaders and student organizations and strengthen synergy in building a better academic environment.
