MALIKI ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY–Dharma Wanita Pertama (DWP) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held a Nuzulul Al-Qur'an Commemoration as part of the 2026 Ramadhan Celebration on Wednesday, March 4 2026 at Halaqah Floor 2 Ma'had Al-Jami'ah UIN Maliki Malang. The activity began with a Qur'an sermon which was solemn and full of solemnity.
Vice Chancellor IV UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Hamid, M.Ag., was present representing the Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Hj. Ilfi Nur Diana, S.Ag., M.Sc., who was unable to attend due to official duties in Jakarta. In his speech, Vice Chancellor IV expressed the Chancellor's appreciation and appreciation for holding activities that strengthen spiritual values in the campus environment.
Prof. Abdul Hamid emphasized that all ASN and PNS wives as well as female ASN are part of Dharma Wanita Perempuan in accordance with the organization's AD/ART. It is hoped that synergy between fields in management will continue to be strengthened to support campus development.
"We appreciate the donations and participation of all members. Let's build UIN Maliki Malang together through the extraordinary role of mothers," said Prof. Abdul Hamid.
We further expressed the hope that the management of the DWP for the 2021–2025 period under the leadership of the Chairman of the DWP, Hj. Layyinah Basri, is able to present a legacy that has a wide impact. The work program, as directed by the Chancellor, is not assessed by the size of the activity, but by its usefulness and real impact on society.
